Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Please note, all sales on skates and custom skate builds are final.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Whenever you want to come by and get it! We are pick up in store only! :)

We can usually have your order ready within 24 hours, with the exception of specialty items such as custom builds, made-to-order merchandise, and small-batch prints.

Every skate build is unique and may require specialty parts, so completion times may vary. We will always provide an estimated finish date at the time of purchase and keep you updated about any delays.

YES! Absolutely! Certain safety gear and skates/wheels/bearings etc. require special maintenance and love--please check out the link under each product in the main menu for details.

We look for the best and most affordable quality products to put together for our skaters. Since we produce our own merch in-house via DTF, there are specific instructions you should follow to maintain the integrity of the shirt/logos.

**Please do not dry clean, bleach, or iron. Wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low.
